Athelstan Museum Malmesbury are thrilled to announce their aquisition of the watercolour Malmesbury Abbey by the famous artist Joseph Mallord William Turner.

It was great to see the range of activities on display at yesterday's community day - It was clear how much effort the organisers had put into organising the day and how well supported the event was. The Malmesbury Jackdaw will be featuring the day in it's next edition, in the meantime, well done to everyone involved and here are a few photo's of the day.
